Hey Pantinor....
You read up on ho they do with Corals? I just did some reading cause I wanted a Copperband. Things look pretty iffy?

Copperbands sometimes bother clams or big meaty things like bubble corals, but I have had several and they have never touched anything. model citizens. One did pick at the fringe of the clam for a few days, but then stopped. I think he was just curious. I've had several because I had been trying to make a pair.
Take your time to find a really healthy one. Many of them do poorly with the shipping stress. If they aren't curious and eating at the store, chances are they won't make it.
Edit: Oops, I just realised this is the AA forum, not reef talk. Mike and Joe will help you find a good one. I have had great luck with CBBs from them.
Copperband is more safe than a raccoon. But both are quite delicate.

As far as being reef safe the Copperband is more reef safe... When it comes to Hardiness the Raccoon is much hardier... They are much easier to get them eating and don't seem to be near as skiddish.... We don't have either one in stock currently... I am hoping to have a couple of each next week...
Thanks,
Mike

Just an FYI - Racoons are not good with some LPS, I have had problems in the past with racoons and Welsophylia open brains.

In case Mike forgets to post he got both Racoons and Cooperbands in this week. Racoons are notorious for eatting certain corals, I've heard that they really love button polyps as well.
