Working on my first (well since I was 10) saltwater aquarium. Got a pair of fish and some LR for free? one was cake to id (a common percula clown) but the other i have spent hours trying to figure out on the net and it still remains a unidentified swimming object.
i think it is a type of angel- it is purple in color with a white patch on top and a neon blue streak along the side of its body. Need to figure out what it is to see if it is compatible with the coral i plan on adding later once i can pony up for a protein skimmer and sump.
Thought someone here might just recognize it? Thanks for any help :)

You can trim down pictures with MS Paint (I think its in START->programs->accessories if you're using windows) The giant pictures are hard for slow connections or small monitors.

a word of warning - that fish will become as aggressive as heck.
you'll want it out of your tank pretty soon.
they are reef safe, but they are belligerent as heck.
they'll bully less aggressive fish. they'll kill the most docile fish.

thanks for the warning... will watch it closely. so far there have been no problems between this guy and the clown at all, but if he bothers any of the fish that are added- will be posting to give him away.
