I tried to place an order on the website www.liverockandmore.com on monday the 30th. Their policy is to take your information and call you back. Well today it is Saturday the 4th and I still have not heard from anyone after I have repeatedly called and emailed them.

I dont know whats going on but I would refrain from ordering from them.

Hey all, sorry that I never reposted after this. They did eventually call me right after the last thread I put up.

They were all on a dive for supplies in the Keys I believe and that is why it took a while for them to contact me. They actually called me and apologized when they got back.

I never ordered anything but they seem very reputable and the customer service was very good once they got back.

We did a group buy a couple of weeks ago for Ricordias. I have to agree that communication was spotty, at best. They eventually get back to you, but I'm guessing that this is a second job for them.

Prices on Ricordias are pretty good. They say that their Rics are WYSIWYG, but I got at least one complaint that it wasn't. I had ordered a deep blue Ric, into my shopping cart, but apparently got sold. He offered a teal Ric, which cost more, for the same price. They threw in 4-5 extra Rics as a bonus to our group buy.
He honestly told us that gorgonians weren't shipping very well, so I withheld all of our gorgonian orders, saving us money. He said that he would even offer to offer us credit if we still wanted them and they died, which was nice of him to offer.

Impressions: The Ricordeas are very nicely priced and the colors were very good. He threw extra Rics as a bonus, so everyone got at least one extra Ric.

Business-wise, there is room for improvement. If you can tolerate the delays in communication, you can get some nice Ricordas.
