Finepix users...a little help please

For some reason I can't load my pics from my camera to my pc. I tried reloading the software but it still doesn't work.
I used to get a window that asked if I wanted to delete images as they downloaded. I don't get the pop up any more and if I try going through the finepix viewer all it does is rename the last folder?

I dont use that stuff at all. I loaded it and then deleted it all. I just go to windows expolorer and the camera shows up as my F drive. I highlight the images. CUT. Then paste to an images folder on C.

I do the same as Jeff. The Fuji software is not very helpful to me. I download to a folder on my C drive and use Adobe Photoshop on em.

I'll read my manual(s) and see if I can find an answer for you.

I finaly found the problem. I had to install a new version of real player to watch a news clip. The real player tried to set itself up as default player for everything. I don't even like real player. I like it less now. I deleted the real player and everything works fine now.

I like the software that came with the camera. It opens up as soon as I plug the camera in. I really don't ever alter the pics so I don't know about the rest of the software program.
