Gustavo / NEO uses one we had a few conversations about it he seems to love it.
Send him a PM
In the end I didn't step up to the money, ened up with the fuji S7000, not quite in the same class but a very nice camera none the less.

YEA, but the thing just feals cheap to me...if it were more like the 10D i'd buy it...im still having trouble desciding...just doesnt have a sturdy feel...even the more compact ones seem sturdier... now that you know I can't spell, im going to bed :)

go with the NIkon D70 .. better camera .. faster shutter speeds .. more options .. (options are good) i should have mine orderd by the middle of next month .. maybe sooner if i can swing it!
check out the nikon d70 much nicer camera as far as i am concerned .. and i've been reading on both since they came out .. look at my post feedback on d70 needed .. as links to reviews

Might as well pony up the extra $200 and got the 20D.
I am suprised you couldn't find the 10D cheaper, about $1000 on some sights.
I am contemplating either the Rebel or 20D.
Rebel's price is right, but the 20D is just great.
As for the Nikon D70, I think if you already have lenses and crap for Canon, looking at Nikon is just a bad idea, but it goes the other way too. I got about $1000 in lenses for Canon so buying a Nikon just wouldn't make sense.

yea...i probably would have but i wanted it now...that and ill never use the features on this one...its fast enough the pic quality is suparb... im doing 8x10 and literally cant tell the difference between it and a ritz photo print, so im very happy to say the least...i could have got it for around a grand but im so impatient...and have a tendency to overbuy on impulse...call me a salemans dream! but im happy in the end...and actually its a good thing i did get it from the store cause the 1st one i got have a bad cmos sensor...and if i would have bought online could have had issues.
