Wondering how you were using your refugium? I have different size tanks from 10g to 55 gal and wouldn't mind experimenting with a small refugium. I haven't used them before.

I was using mine with a sand bed and a small amount of live rock. and a little macro. I was using it more to increase my pod population than anything else. the thing that I noticed with mine was that my cyano moved from the main tank into the refugium and my main tank became much clearer. it also increased my water volume a little. On a small tank that can make a big difference.

Scott tells me that you have a refugium that I might like for my 54 bow tank. Do you have a photo of it or where I can see a view of it to envision it on the back of my tank.
