I have an AquaC 120 skimmer that I plan to sell, it's in great shape except the collection cup has some stress cracks, I wanted to replace the cup before the sale, called for a price they are shipping me a new one no charge.

Just wanted to post thats great service.

OK, I'll jump in here, too and sing their praises. Was selling an Remora pro and the rubber band ?? was spent and the top of the lid was a little warped from the MH.

E-mailed to see where I could purchase these. I included my address and phone number like I do on all correspondences. They called :eek: and sent the items out for free. Did I mention they called within 10 MINUTES :eek:

Can't say enough about their customer service. Best I've ever had. :)

Hehe and I bought Linda's Remora Pro and the rubber band recently snapped. Wrote to ask what the size is and where I could get them and they sent me 2 free of charge. Never even asked where or when I bought it!

I purchased a used Remora HOB Skimmer, and it was missing the O-Ring for the collection cup. I contacted Steve at Aqua C, he sent me the O-ring and the brush for cleaning the injector, free of charge. Not only did he do that, he has answered every one of my e-mails, usually within minutes of sending.

Outstanding Customer Service, and a great product!! It's great to deal with a company that stands behind their product and goes WAY out of their way to make their customers happy. (Even second and third time owners)
