Wow I didn't think it was possible to buy a house in mass for that cheap! Good luck with the sale.

It's possible! :D My wife and I purchased the house when we got married. It was a great starter home, but our family has grown, and it's time to build a BIG house! ;)

It all depends on location. If he's in the boonies, it can very well go for that price. You can get a house in Montana for $40,000.
