I purchase a lot of times from them, every time the order arrived very quick (they are in NY) and never have any problem.

Ive heard people complain about fish purchased from Big Als on another forum. Lots of complaints.

You must be confused about the names. Big Al's is a dry good only online store both in US and Canada.

Another for Big Als. All I use is Dr. Fosters, Big Als, and Marine Depot for most stuff.

Ok, you are not wrong at all. They have retail fish stores that sell marine and freshwater fish in Canada. Since I never buy any thing from those retail stores, I have no opinions about them. Their online dry good store is great.
