Can this be kept in a reef tank ?? Looking at small ones 2-4 inchs

Had some where I used to work. They were wild caught in Rhode Island. They did very well but got real big.

I've been looking up info. one says yes & one says no Help !!!!!

I wouldnt keep them in anything smaller then a 125 due to there large adult size.

They were in a 210 (8'x24"x24") when we had them. I thought it was a poor decision.

They've got a school of them cruising around the giant ocean tank at the NEAQ. I couldn't imagine them in a reef tank at home. Those guys zoom! And they get big.

They get way to big and since they are pelagic they should not be kept in home aquariums unless you have a plan for them once they outgrow the tank.

I recomend a 400<tank
