what kind of beer did you make for us?

I have a brown mild that's so-so, a super bitter IPA and an experimental beer that I'm kegging tonight. I don't consider any of them 'great' beers as I'm still tweaking my process, so I'll grab some Lite too.

Not sure how many people are coming over, so it could be a pretty small gathering of mostly BRS folks.

Just a quick note, it looks like it's going to be a pretty small event. We originally wanted to have a sizable party but this ended up not being a good weekend for a lot of people.

I'm still surprised that everyone liked the homebrew! I still have a lot of work to do on my process. I think I'm going to make a nice crisp lager next, maybe something like an Oktoberfest.

I don't think Jen was too impressed with the 200 missile battery I lit off. In my defense, I distinctly remember telling her "this is going to be so much more eventful than you think". I gave fair warning :)

I still can’t believe that we stayed till 3:45am, if felt like 1 maybe 2 at the latest. We will have to do that again sometime. I found myself looking at the market at other weird meats to grill up and eat, maybe next time we can do the Beef Hearts.
