Drilling a tank

Anyone around here have the tools to do it?

I could probably do it myself, but I dont want to buy the diamond tip drill bits if I dont have to.

Its a 20L by the way./

Rich, I've drilled my 20L and have the bits for 3/4" and 1" bulkheads. I could probably drill it for you depending on the details. I live it Watertown, MA. Where abouts are you?

I live in Allston. So I'm close. I still gotta figure out exactly what I want to do, but i'd much apprecciate the help.
