Im in for 2 but we must be able to call in the order...

the store hours dont leave time for me to get there and back and be able to do all the other things i must do in the evening...so we (dz and I ) are will too order several buckets right now (2 each I think) but we can only make a trip for the pickup. Otherwise, I will have to look elsewhere.

It's simple. I am not comfortable giving my CC info over the phone, and thought that you may be as well.

The reason I had requested prepaying your order is that I am trying not to tie Living Sea's capital and we have had a few issues where we have been stuck with things.

come on guys, give the guy a break! Dont you understand that they make nothing off selling you this salt?? You all make it sound like your doing him a great favor by ordering it! He is doing YOU the favor.

Checkout drfosters, they generally have very competitive prices yet they charge $40 for this same bucket Plus $26 to ship it! $66!!! Your getting it for $38.. After John buys the salt, pays for shipping it in, then pays Visa 3% of the sale for your credit card he is left with nothing. And we wont even mention the employee that he has to pay to unload and stack all this and store it someplace. (and most lfs do not have much/any extra space)

The benefit to a lfs to do a deal like this is that you come checkout what a great store he has!! Then next time you need something you remember you saw it there! Or maybe you see something while your getting your salt. This is where a lfs can get something in return for offering us these deals.

Think about it.. If you owned a lfs and did a deal like this and the club sends 1 representative down to pick up and pay for 20 buckets of salt that you make $0 on, would you ever do it again???

Jeff i agree with you. i guess what some of us were asking (including myself) was to prepaid by phone and then go there to pickup. or go there to prepaid and have someone else picking up.
