They sort of look like lobster tails with legs.

those are parasitic isopods! the crazy blood suckers you find on fishes! MASSIVELY DIGUSTING. we pulled one of these out of an anthias way back when... not the same type though, then it was a tongue isopod. i dare you to type THAT into google images!
