i called you guys like three times today in a panic. my main pump had died and i needed a power head. i bought the hydor koralia nano for 39.99 plus tax. now im gonna be honest with you. i got home in a hurry, put the powerhead in the tank and started it right up. i then began the process of taking the other pump out to ship it back to Oceanic (it is covered under warranty) as i was pulling the main pump it out, the damn thing started right up. it's working fine now. as soon as the pump started working, i turned the powerhead off and took it out of the water.

my question. i know it was in salt water (for maybe 3 minutes tops) but can i return it? even for at minimum a store credit? i have the reciept, and as you recall, i did buy it at like 1pm today. thanks guys

wow talk about a crazy mess! sorry you had to go through that.
so here's the deal with returns. as long as the equipment is in saleable condition, we'll accept it. if you rinse that pump off in fresh water well, let it completely dry, put it back in it's packaging, and bring it back here with the receipt, you're fine.
unfortunately if the product has any visible signs of use or wear, we can't take it back... but you said it was underwater for 3 minutes. i wouldn't worry about it.
