Need sump planning help

i aquired a 40breeder (AGA) and was wondering if anyone has built a sump from one using baffles .. i want the water to enter and flow through a baflle to about 20gallons of refugium then out of the refugium to the return side which will have my skimmer and the pump and the return pump (mag 12)

just curious if anyone has already done the footwork??

and its going on a 90 gallon .. and i think i have about 10gallons of overflow on a power off

Hey, I did mine with a 75 gal tank. Plus a refugium system in the center. That feed my 92-corner tank.

i had a 40g under my 120 with 3000g flow. just couldn't keep up with the top off from the big tank.
