Just wanted to give a public thank you to Jeremy for incredible customer service yesterday. A couple of us drove there yesterday after getting out of work a little early. We drove from the north shore and it took about 2 1/2 hours. We arrived @ 6:30 a half an hour before closing and lets face it - he has WAY too much incredible stuff in the sps and clam tanks to gawk at to pick something out in a 1/2 hour. I also needed my interceptor tab ground and measured. Well long story short Jeremy stayed untill 8pm, gave us a BRS Discount, grond and seperated the interceptor into doses and sold me the AB reg he had on hand for the group buy price since I would have a hard time getting back down there in the next two weeks.

His stock of clams and SPS were really top notch and varied. We made sure to buy all the ones Lam had his eye on! LOL

Thanks again Jeremy it was well worth the incredibly long drive ;-)

I'll second that Jake, I hadden't been down there in nearly a year and I was really impressed with all he'd done with the place. It looks great with all the SPS frags and colonies, and clams (which were gorgeous!), in the shallow tanks so you could see their true colours from above. Jeremy was more than happy to help out the whole time even despite my annoying requests of "There's a tiny bit of sponge on the back of that LR in this tank, can I have a look at it?" and such... Just an enjoyable exp all around, thanks!
PS: Loved the orchids, they looked amazing

It was a little weird that he would only give us the BRS discount if we gave him a hug....

So when you visit just give him a hug when you walk into the door and that way he knows you are a member and should get the discount.

not surprised about the customer service they do a great job at the store. be careful though, when Ruth isnt around he does get a little frisky with hugs and kisses :eek:
