I've noticed very good prices lately at AA and Reefdom on the 200g box. Not to say that a volume discount wouldn't be nice, but there are also some pretty low prices out there in case there isn't enough interest right now for a big buy.

I would take a couple of buckets not boxes for the right price. :D

Boxes are the best deal , all you have to do is refill your bucket , the boxes have four bags in them

Yeah, boxes are totally the way to go IMO. You can buy a sealing bucket at HD for $4 if you need another one. You still save much more than that by buying the IO salt in the 200g box.

Please remember that according to the new Sponsored Group Buy policy, this pooled order forum is for gauging interest in an item, and allowing sponsors to see that interest. Any sponsor offers or prices should be posted in a new thread in the sponsors' own forums. A link to such sponsor threads may be posted here.

Everything is going well here, I just thought I'd remind everyone how this works, since we're still getting used to it.

I need a 200 gal box, if within reasonable distance to me.

I'd be interested in at least 5 maybe 10 boxes if the price is low enough, sick dealing in ones and two's and running out.

Wasnt there some sort of insane pricing from <gasp> petco ?
As I recall there was some sort of online coupon for free shipping or something? Mabye buy one get one free? I can't really remember, I just recall using armando's bathroom once, and having a hard time moving due to wall of salt buckets (full)

I recall that was an oversight on Petco's part a while back, that they quickly fixed, but not before a lot of folks cashed in. There was a free shipping offer, and they forgot to exempt the 30# pails of salt. :p

I'd be interested in at least 5 or up to 10 boxes if the price is good. :)
