I spoke to Mom and Dad in regards to this and they said right now there is no time to do it and no money to pay someone to do it. But they did say anyone wanting to know a list of what is coming in is more than welcome to give us a call on thursday afternoons and we can give them the list over the phone. Sorry hope this helps. Ok, so I'm not one to usually post things like this, but this struck a nerve! I have been going there for quite a while now......I enjoy the store, and I also enjoy everyone who works there. I believe that they had asked Boston Reefers for some help, and the board or a senior member said that they didn't have time to help them with their sponsored site. So as far as them not posting what they have in stock, I wouldn't blame them for not posting their stock. They haven't exactly gotten the help that they needed from the group. Boston Reefers should take care of their paid sponsors. Just my 2 cents, but instead of getting down on the hardworking people, maybe someone should extend a bit of help.

I really don't want to turn this into a pi$$ing match, but seriously, I'm pretty certain that someone who works at the shop has the intelligence to post a list without "help from the BRS". Just plain ole bad business sense imo.

FYI, it's called customer service, which is lacking wayyyyy too much these days over all.

This isn't about a pi$$ing match. They just don't have the time to put stock posts on. If they are on the phone "giving the list" then they can "multitask" while they are giving out the "list". Nobody there has the time to sit down and type a 'list'. They are a "retail store" not an online business......If anyone is curious about what's new for stock, a simple phone call should work, or hey how about a ride in the car. These guys work 7 days a week with no time off, so I think a little slack should be given. Bad business sense or not, they are doing what works for them with the resources that they have!
