Hi BRS Sponsor:
You may be aware that while Ryan Kitchen (Piscevore, BRS VP of Public Relations) has been on vacation, a few BRS members were watching over his tank. Well, a T4 Pump died and caused major damage and losses to his precious corals. Ryan is due to return on Monday. We have been soliciting donations to get his tank started for him before he returns. I am sure you can understand our good intentions.
I have posted publically that I would be at a your store on either Saturday or Sunday to pick up these donations.

It had not occurred to me that perhaps this might be in violation of your policies. If so, please let me know and I will try to find an alternate location. I was just trying to simplify the process of gathering the well-intended donations.

Sincerely,
Paula

Hi Paula,

Under a special circumstance like this, I have no problem with you meeting people bringing corals to help ryan get going again at our store. See you then. :)

Thanks Jeremy and Ruth,
This gives an opportunity to those people in the southern area to help out a reefer in Boston. It is one of those "it could 'a happened to any of us" scenarios. The "worst case" when you go on vacation.
I will see you at 10 am on Saturday.

Thanks again. This also gives me a chance to see the terrrific coral selection you have!
