So I have a Seaclone 100 from petco. Fug/sump has a12" baffle on my sump supply side where my skimmer is. Noticed from other threads my pump for the skimmer is 11"deep.so wayto deep right? I have now modified the hang on the back tube and raised the pump to 4" below the baffle. So will this work or not.Looking for some opinions on this??
bagged so many coral during first few days of breakdown ,water was automatically topped off dropping the salinity from 1.025 to 1.020,luckily i caught it when there was a break from all the chaos.

Well the radiant wrasse didn't make it past the Turkey Day vacation. I didn't see it eat the first couple of days, then we left for my Dad's house and the neighbor kid fed the fish.
When I returned a week later, the radiant wrasse had disappeared. Bummer. Seventy bucks down the drain.
The anemone doesn't look good. I think it did not tolerate all the salinity and temperature swings I've had. Right now it's a bleached out nub in the back of the rocks.
My skimmer woes
[QUOTE=OceanGuy;1121352]We are having a major leak in one of the hoses on the bottom of the tank.
We will be going in on Saturday, January 12th to access the damage and see if we can repair the leak. If anyone has expertise with this or could take a fish or coral for a couple of weeks until we get this fixed, a couple of us will be at the tank at 10 on Saturday.
If you can help in any way bring a bucket or something to transport a coral or fish.

I picked up a big clean up crew and a radiant wrasse at Unique Aquaria:
I also picked up a little green anemone from Frank180.
It's doing well on day two, although it moved off the donor rock, and has gone to the back of the tank:
