Well, we're up and running now. Got the overflow fixed. Leisu was damned helpful in removing the old 1" and 3/4" bulkheads from the back right overflow. I redid the plumbing there. Interestinlgy the old bulkheads were threaded as opposed to slip. I went with slip and glued the new arrangement. The re-plumbing of my 125 gal reef tank has mostly been completed. Last weekend I finally finished the sump installation in the basement. I had an old ~100 gal Rubbermaid trough in the basement and my ASM G4 skimmer sitting in there with a heater. The water level fluctuated and the skimmer thus worked poorly. No baffles in the sump. Just ran tests on my water,everything tests out,but my Nitrate is high (80ppm) should i be worried and how do i solve this problem?
As far as the rock for the tank . I really wanted this Eco Ceramic rock but the vendor kept dragging his feet . I shared this pic earlier in the BRS forum . So after bit I gave up and went with some real reef rock (Fish Heads ) from a local LFS . One is the slab they offer now . I also decided to use Fiji pink sand . Funny i don't remember it being this small ...

Well it looks like no phone call was needed . PA came though . I got the Magnetic probe holders in the other day . ..As far as a stand ...The landlord has his business on the same lot . He is a third generation cabinet maker with a mad shop in rear of the lot . It has 2 or 3 floors of equipment Sometime this winter we will make a larger wood stand .
