The housing had exploded at one point (before we bought it) and was repaired, so we think its a better idea to replace rather then get a new pump. We found this one on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/Reef-Octopus-CR-...#ht_500wt_1154 Is it a decent reactor? We have a budget uo not much more then $200 and want one rated for over 200 gallons so we can use it when we upgrade to a larger tank. Thank you for any input

I have three of my 'Ruby and Emerald' Ricordea available, I believe they are all attached to small rocks. I have a large, about 1 1/2-2" in diameter - $45, a smaller one 1 - 1 1/2" - $25, and a tiny one 3/4" $15. If you are interested I can bring to the meeting on Sat (11Sept2010), or arrange for pickup in Wakefield, MA. Evenings best for pickup.

PM or email if interested. These may go fast, so if you really want it, don't hesitate.

Hey guys,

So this is very hard for me, but because I must move, I have to rehome a few of my little guys. I have two columbian red-tail boas, male an female, over two feet and eating med/large mice sizes. I feed them once a week, so they are well fed. The male is an albino, he is beautiful, and the female is accended from a ghost an albino so has the ability to throw albino babies with the male. I paid 200 for the male and 100 for the female a year ago. They can come with their 40 breeder if needed for an extra 100. I would really like to see them go together, all for $400.

I also have a Blue fronted Amazon Parrot. about 6 years old. We rescued her, and she really is sweet. Not very loud, which is different for these guys, but makes her easy to take care of. She is used to walking around the house, lol she especially loves the Salt water tank, you can usually find her standing in front of the tank just looking. She is gentle to take food, but she runs from hands. We have only had her a month, and she is already starting to get closer for attention, it should not take long to get her back to being handleable. If interested, her rehoming fee is only $250. She comes with the cage she has, its not huge, but its what she came with as well as she never gets locked in it here. If interested definatly let me know!

I also have 4 adult beardies, would love to see them go together, but will sell them separate. They will be rehomed for $40 each. Nice orange and red colors on them.

Thanks

Anyway, of course I plan on connecting only essential equipment in case of a power outage, but I am wondering what that means to people. Certainly at least one circulation pump (the lowest wattage one)... but what else? The return pump? A second circulation pump?

Any thoughts are appreciated.
