Gone 75 gallons set up-Need it gone

[this is me]

Pick up is in Chelmsford/Lowell connector next to the Cross Point building. Pick up must be M-F. 8am-5pm.
Set up is on the 3rd floor but we have elevator close by. I don’t see an issue getting the tank out the door.
