Well the time has come to act on the crazy notion that I need to upgrade.
First thing first is to throw out all the thanks to all that have answered any of my questions and helped me along through the years, again THANK YOU.

Way to go brother! Im getting the upgrade bug myself but my wifey said NO NO NO :)

Nice you have a wife that helps.Looking good can't wait to see it done.I got the upgrade bug when I moved so I'm going from a 50 to a 90.

Sweet upgrade :) I didn't see any water/coolant for drilling the glass holes. What method did you use? Just asking as I need to drill my 72" 125. I have the bits and bulkheads. Just need to get off my rear end and do it.

I may need to find someone with some experience and bribe them with beer to spare a few hours on a weekend afternoon.. LOL

Borrowed a bit from Krystal Clear Aquatics and he gave me a bottle filled with some water/cutting oil mixture. The white merky stuff coming from around the orange puddy. Seven holes later all is good and NO leaks :>)

Fan blowing across and the wall is open to above the 1/2 bath ceiling along with a chase to the 2nd floor (Contemporary design house), hard to explain. Summer months will have to keep my upper doors open.
