Due to some ongoing lack of understanding about the rules, I am posting this reminder about the BRS marketplace forum rules.

The Marketplace forums are for buying, selling and trading goods and livestock.

Members are welcome to post things that they would like to buy, sell or trade. These forums ARE NOT DISCUSSION FORUMS, and they never have been. If you are interested in something, then feel free to post.

DO NOT POST IF;
-you are commenting on the item, it's value, or anything not directly related to the sale or trade
-if you disagree with the post
-if you feel the need to criticize the post
-Anything but interest in the item posted.

YOU ARE WELCOME TO POST;
-that you are interested in the item
-asking for more detailed information or pictures about the item (assuming you are actually interested)
-to make an offer

That's it. NO DISCUSSION. Post if you are interested, otherwise DON'T POST in the marketplace forums.

Beyond that, buyer be aware, buyer beware. Know what you are looking at, and don't assume it's a great deal because it's posted here. Most members will offer fair or better items and deals, but the BRS has no control over these things. Having discussions detracts from legitimate sales and trades, and make those forums a giant mess.

If you think a seller is confused or wrong about an item or it's value you can PM them. If you think a buyer is about to get screwed and you want to give them a heads up, you can PM them about your concern. - BUT DO NOT POST THESE THINGS IN THE THREADS.
