Neptune apex firmware update help

So as title indicates i am in need of help with my Neptune apex as it needs a firmware update so that i can use my newer modules, but I unfortunately don't have a laptop which I can use.
If anyone in the Boston area can possibly help me out I'd highly appreciate it and can pay for your time as well. Thanks in advance
