November is 'Official' the real you as your avatar month

I'm horrible with names as I've told many folks before. I'm better with faces, but at the average BRS meeting I don't have too much time to chat with people. The Moderators and BRS BOD have designated November as the 'Real You as Your Avatar' month in as a way for more folks to get to know each other better, and match names to faces. We understand privacy concerns, so the policy is optional of course.

While we are at it, I'll remind folks that while the Moderators and BOD members are pretty lukewarm when folks ask us to change their usernames, a change of a user name to your Real name is much less likely to generate resistance.
