Could be ich. Looks like little crystals. Is it a clear spot or a fuzzy spot? If fuzzy it could be a fungus.

Pretty sure its not ich, some type of a fungus is my guess I bet it would clear up with the right dip.

Thank you everyone for the help.the spots are fuzzy.
Any recommend how to dip and what to use?
Thanks you bill

That looks like lympho. When I worked at a LFS years ago angels were notorious for getting it. Stress really exasperated it. We use to catch the fish and lightly pull it off. Very gently!!! If it was really bad we would throw it in the cleaner shrimp tank to get cleaned off. Most of the time after very gently picking it off it would not come back providing no stress and good water

That certainly is lympho. It's not fatal, won't infect your other fish and usually goes away on its own over several weeks. I wouldn't try to scrap it off unless it was interfering with the fish's ability to eat. Vitamin soaked foods may speed up recovery, but all in all, this is nothing to be concerned with.

Is completely fine as long as they eating if you could catch him and pull it out you should be fine all try to dip him in freshwater but be Caffel don’t kill her you should be fine

Is it eating? Regal Angels are prone to this type of fin rot and fungus during shipping. All three of mine came in and had this a couple days after. The key is to get it to eat. They are hardy fish once eating.
