they're tank has been getting worse and worse since day one. they need to get new filtration... theyre filters are so clogged and filled with nasty brown green algae. if you didnt know you can see the filtration system to the left of the counter when you walk in

Sounds like they need to downsize.
Remove the tank and concentrate on the food.

I stopped in the other day as well. The tangs do look awful, and in a way that could only be accomplished through a very long time suffering in poor conditions.

Just the reply to the email is a disgrace. If you don't show concern about the fish or health of the tank, don't bother having one. Sorry my approach wasn't as effective as we hoped :-/

Why do you all bring them your business? Let them know that you will be going elsewhere until they improve their care of the tank. They will most likely flush the fish, in which case it will be obvious and you should not patron there again. There are other places to get roast beef. Let them know you will not eat there again.

I never said I ate there, just that I stopped in. I won't eat there again while I see that tank in that condition. I **was** hungry, but the tank turned my stomach.

In my opinion, a polite post of their facebook page wouldn't hurt either. a little daylight for the issue.

    I left one. :P

Mis-read your post. So Sorry! The facebook is a great idea. I think a picture shot that goes along with it would be good too. Uncaring people really get under my skin.

Maybe they don't know what healthy is and a few pics for comparison would be in order.

it is generally considered a 'hot button' issue when someone hears from 10 people.

There are a lot of BRS members on facebook.

I'm not asking anyone to write and mail in a letter, but I bet a bunch of posts on FB might get kelly's attention.

Politely ask them to fix their problem!
