LOL that's awesome man. Don't look at the baseball field right now, it disappointing. The irrigation failed on me for the better half of the hot season, lot of injured turf, and dimension never watered in so crabgrass took over. But luckily on Saturday I slice new seed there along with jv field, so it should bounce back. Fingers crossed.

Jv field I used a new seed mixture with microclover, tall fescue, PR , and dwarf Kentucky blue. It's wicked drought tolerant, microclover is a aliopathic organism so it will choke out weeds and fixes it's own nitrogen for the air and ground so it will fertilize itself and the other grasses as well. Come check it out in a month if you would like, it might just be the future of turf.

Sounds like a great mix. My customers are too short sighted for something like that. They don't realize how much easier it is when you allow the plants to work together.
