60 gallon cube sump recommendations

I recently purchased a new 60 gallon cube (got a good deal) but now I need to figure out what kinda sump I want to put in there. Does anyone have any recommendations for a 24x24" footprint stand? Ideally I'd like the highest possible water volume I can fit underneath.

Thanks in advance.

From at least i've seen, the 60g cube's are more like 24 1/2" due to the bottom trim, so any tank 24" or smaller would work. I went with a 20g "high" as a sump with a CPR medium sized fuge attached to that. What is going to affect it all is the dimensions of the stand you choose to use/make.

I think ultimately i'd like to build a acrylic one that molds the exact dimensions of the stand legs, and take more of the shape of let's say the red cross symbol.

I have an SCA 50 gallon cube with the same footprint. My sump that came with it measures 19-3/4"W x 16-1/2"L x 13"H. Fits quite nicely in there.

I used a 15g high tank from petco and had glass cut to make baffels. It served its purpose. Are theyre more expensive routes...yes. Those nice custom sumps or acrylic sumps will give you a few more options but in the end if all you want is a place for your heater, skimmer, ATO and return pump? then a regular glass tank will work just fine.

Tell me more about this 'deal' you got please...I'm in the market for a cube in that size, or will be as soon as I can get someone to buy this friggen 46 gallon bow front that's been sitting in the box for 3 months now.

I've seen some acrylic sumps on eBay that didn't cost too much, but of course you can't beat Petco's $1/gallon sale.
