I'm wondering what is the smallest size tank for an anemone and a pair of clowns? Also would a 2 bulb t5ho fixture be sufficient? And what type of filtration? I'm trying to keep the cost down,

I would think a 20L would be a nice tank for a mated pair of clowns.
But,I wouldn't put an anemone under only 2 T5 bulbs,jmo.
