A new toy: plankton reactor

I don't, just saw it on BRS. I think I'll get a smaller one. I have to assume it will work fine, I don't believe the concept is that difficult--but it's a great idea.

Looks interesting. Does it require a CO2 tank?

wow thats expensive for somthing you can do with a shop light, air pump and some soda bottles

Does phytoplankton actually help coral growth that much? I always considered feeding my system because of my clam.

If you want to grow large amounts of algae these tanks are used.

There are lots of "new toys" at aquatic ecosystems
High-Density Rotifer System, 1,000 liters $5748.92
When you decide you have to build a new building to house your grow out system or aquarium you start shopping at
aquaculture places. Of course at that point you may become a reality show about whether it is a hobby or an obsession.
I have seen programs with houses full of cats, rat and/or snakes but none with fish yet.

One of the best places to get algae growing equipment is your local homebrew store.
I saw this in a local homebrew store an had to buy one. They even had the stopper
that fit to run airline through. Although a true algae connoisseur prefers a fernbach flask
