acclimating multiple fish

So, I have my first Live aquaria order arriving today (very excited ) and I am wondering what people do when acclimating multiple fish. I know I should QT, but I don't have that set up. I'm getting a small Desjardini Sailfin Tang, a small Orange Shoulder Tang, and a few green chromis. My plan is to drip acclimate them but is it OK to acclimate them in the same bucket?

As long as they are compatible species, I wouldn't think there would be any issues.

Personally I would do them separately, that way you can keep a closer eye on each one seeing you are not QT'ing them. At least test the water in each bag to make sure that parameters are somewhat close before adding them to your container. Yes they came from the same vendor but does not mean that they are from the same system, at least those three fish ship from the same location. Also what kind of container are you going to use if you put all of them in at once?

I would have to agree with the above statement.

Could possibly be (3) different systems with (3) different water variations. Then compound putting them all in one bucket...stress.

Do them in (3) separate buckets, so that each of the three different enviroments can equalize. Plus having them separated will stress them less.

All sounds logical when you think about it. When in doubt proceed with caution and ask questions.

Liveaquaria fish start out in 3 different system but all end up in one main system so all fish is from the same system in the end when they are sold.Yeah u can acclimate them in different bucket to lessen the stress.I have had no problem doing it all in the same bucket when i order from them

Thanks for the replies guys. I ended up drip acclimating the 2 tangs seperately and floating the chromis and replacing 50% of the water every 15 or 20 minutes. All seemed to go well.
