Acclimation box

Do we have any acclimation boxes up for grabs?
Just committed to a new fish and was hoping to borrow an acclimation box instead of buying one. It won’t be for a month or so since I need to quarantine, but when the time comes, do we have any?

We have traps that can act as an acclimation box. We had small, medium and large, but somebody lost the medium and replaced it with something else. Contact @Mixed Reefer for availability

Mike I have a personal pretty big one it is I think like 12” long and 6 x 6 dimensions if I recall correctly

That would work well. I have the same one but it’s like 6x4 or something and I’ll be adding a tang so need something bigger like this. The problem is, I won’t need it for like a month

I use these critter cages that are five bucks at Walmart. I take a soldering iron and built some holes in the sides and bottom for better flow.

I've heard people doing this. Do they work okay? I've also seen a few videos of people "welding" sheets of acrylic together from home depot and making their own.

It works fine. I put a bigger hole on the top so I can get some food into the box
