It new or use?
Most of high tech light they got temperatures set up. Like my radion G4 pro and Maxspect R5 when the heat over some point fan will run.If not they dont.
like the saving energy mode.

Replacing the fan is very easy. You can buy new fan online for about $25. It is better to buy a new fan as fan has limited lifespan.
