Anemone hitchhiker

Hi guys,

Moved a rock today and discovered two hitchhikers. I believe they're anemones but I'm unsure of what type they are. Anyone have any ideas? Is it a "bad" anemone to have? How big do these get? Apologies for the bad picture

Ahh shoot. Looks like I'll have to get rid of them. Any suggestions on which is better, Aptasia X or Joe's Juice? Or any other alternatives?
