Anybody know what this is living in live rock

I picked up some live rock and have it curing in a plastic barrel until the new tank is ready and noticed these guys hanging around. Any idea what they are???

How big is it? Some deep water pods grow as big as your fist.

They are around the size of A grain of rice. My Hoeven's wrasse seemed to enjoy devouring one.
