looking for a t5 fixture that has 10+ bulbs 48" tank depth will be 36"? so plenty of room for the 10+ bulbs. anyone know who makes them.

Tank will be rimless so do not want a canopy so need fixture

thanks in advance

I don't think there is a 10 bulb T5 on the market here? There is the 8x54 Sunlight Supply T5 but you prob know that.:)

Are you looking for 36" or 48" fixture? Either way ATI does 10 bulb in both sizes. Check out reefgeek.com

3' deep? i wouldnt try T5s. Mini is right. I thought you said you were going to get a 20" deep tank?

that link is to a Tek light. Not a bad light at all. however I know ati makes a 10bulb and aquatinics makes an 8 bulb both are better fixtures IMO.

Think I agree on the above, I'm running 2x250 on a 30" deep and don't know how comfortable I would be w/ T5's for down low.

if youre talking 3' front to back then Id suggest 2 fixtures rather than the 1 10 bulb unit. You could get 2 Aquatinics TX5s or Tek 6bulb units instead.
Aquatinics Tx5 - 460 with out bulbs

the tek light - 470 with bulbs

Also the Aquatinics Constellation 7 bulb unit - 660

heres the 10 bulb unit - 1220$ with bulbs

I think he's talking about about the front-to-back measurement when he said the depth is 36", since he said this would allow plenty of room for the 10 bulbs. Top-to-bottom measurement wouldn't affect how many bulbs you can fit.

for the price of 310 per tek light...youd be crazy not to buy 2 for the tank. The other fixtures are nicer but not worth the extra money. Plus if you ever want to push up performance you can just buy a IC 660 and mod it.
