Anyone on the South Shore have LS or rubble rock for seeding new tank?

Hi All - After 10years i've set up my 70g tank. I'm using my old dry rock and looking for some sand and/or rubble rock to seed (aiptasia free!). I can trade my non-seeded rock/sand.
