Aquaculturing Supplies..Raising clown eggs

My clowns just laid eggs and i was going to give a shot in tryin to raise the eggs. But i need the proper supplies. Does anyone know where i can get the following either locally or overnight delivery:

1 Nannochloropsis algal disk
4 ounces Microalgea Grow
2-3 quarts of Live Rotifiers
100 grams of algal paste
1 or 2 plankton collectors

Hey,

You didn't say what kind of clowns, but, If your seriously thinking of setting up a clown-fishery, I might be able to give you some true perc eggs (if yours are a different kind of clown, it wouldn't be much more work to raise two kinds).

My percs just started laying batches of eggs pretty often (or I just noticed that they were). I'm not set up to raise them yet, but a good first step would be for me to try to work on collecting a batch of eggs (get them to lay them on a ceramic tile?). If your interested in this I would happliy start working on getting them to lay their eggs on something easily removed.

could it be possible to hatch the eggs in the main DT

I'm just beginning to read up on this, but in short the eggs can be allowed to hatch out in the display but the fry will need to be removed right away and can be more or less difficult to catch.

From what I've gathered, if the fry arent removed the night they hatch there is almost zero chance of survival. They are quite tiny and need plenty of suitable food available right away.

Catching them is also potentially pretty stressful so removing the eggs just before hatching is preferable.

In April Kirkendoll's book "How to Raise and Train Your Peppermint Shrimp" on page 28 she describes a shrimp larvae collector that can also be used in the display aquarium to catch whatever might be hatching. The attraction is a small light on the outside of the aquarium and the collector uses an airlift, made with tubing and an air pump to gently draw the larvae into an upside down coke bottle - with a side cut out and siliconed with mesh.

Tough to describe without a picture but very easy to make and try out.

I have the book "Clownfishes" by Joyce D. Wilkerson. Has a whole chapter on breeding tells you what you need and pictures for hatchery setup. I have a spare 10 gallon. I'm going to see if i can get the materials i need for the setup if i do i will set it up and give it a try and just put the rock that has the eggs on it in the 10g since its pretty much by itself. If not im going too try and get a ceramic tile and put it near where they laid the last batch and do it that time. I guess every 2 weeks they will lay eggs after the first batch.
