Have a 48" ATI Sunpower 8 bulb with 6 mouth old bulbs. 5 Blue Plus, 2 Coral Plus and 1 Purple Plus. $275 pick up in East Bridgewater.
Blue tape was a quick fix for a vibration of that fan.
