attaching frags to glass the easy way

I just got these from aquarium specialty today and figured i would share some pics. They are strong enought for a 180 but feel like they might slide down as the coral got heavier. This could be fixed with a little silicon.

I have had a couple of these for about six months with some caps growing on them. No slippage in my 37G.

I got the bigger rock frag thing, so far no luck with the 180, maybe with water but even then the additional weight of frags. I'm doubtful.
