Awesome news and fix for those with Vortechs that run shallow (suck air cyclones)

Such a simple, yet sleek, elegant, and awesome fix! I don't have a Vortech anymore, but for those who do,
i'm sure you've experienced that sucking problem where there's a whirlwind then air gets sucked in and the MP blows bubbles everywhere.
I wonder if EcoTech will see this and try and buy the idea off of PiCO.
I'd image they'll make a MP40/MP60 model eventually if there's a demand.

Gotta love Chris D. Always thinking up great stuff.

Nice and simple idea. The MP40/60s have somewhat of a shield on them to prevent whirlpools. But if they are too close to the surface and at full power they still make them.

That shield is cool none the less.

Yeah sorry guess I should've stated, Chris Delicath (SP?) is owner of PiCO Aquariums.
They make AIO systems as well as customs, lighting, skimmers, add-ons, etc.
I just didn't wanna advertise them too too much as they are not one of our sponsors on here.

And yeah it'll grow coraline, but if it did, so would the powerhead it's on, so it'd match. And the glass it's on. Plus most people like coraline. You could always clean it when you do a W/C too.
