Blue Jaw Trigger Problems

This may be a double post, can't seem to find my first.

Anyhow, my trigger has developed two cloudy eyes and what seems like white eyelids above each. See the bad photo--he's also bumping into things. I just added a UV sterilizer, but any idea what this is and how I should treat it?
