I've been having issues with my blue line heater and controller and my 90G reef tank. I bought the best heater that I could find and spent good $$ on it and I'm very disappointed with it. There have been many times where it shuts off and doesn't turn back on, and I find the temp to be 65 degrees. Right now my tank is at 68 degrees even though I've got it set to 82 degrees. I took it out of my overflow box and the damn thing is as cold as the water.
I don't know if the issue is with the heater or the controller, but what's more frustrating is that I can't find a way to contact them. I've searched for their site but can only find resellers. Does anyone know how to reach them? Does anyone know of a better heater that I can use?
