Inverts such as shrimp and crabs are some of the more challenging creatures to breed, I think one of the main challenges is their multiple planktonic stages of development. I don't make these statements based on personal experience however, so I may be wrong in lumping your species of interest in with some other inverts I have read a bit about and listened to a couple lectures on.
Again, this isn't based on any strong knowledge on the subject, but if you find that your searches for info on breeding [SIZE=-1]Neopetrolisthes ohshimai[/SIZE] come up a little short, I would maybe steer you towards looking for some on ornamental shrimp, as I know there has been some progress made in that area, and I would think there could be some similarities in required husbandry there.
