Interesting! I've had one in the long term plans for my hobby for some time now, but I haven't gotten around to it. I figured need to source one directly from the commercial fishing/culinary industry.So there not that rare anymore imo as the sound school breeds blue lobsters in ct and supplys most aquariums.

Seafood buffet Thursdays, with all you can eat lobster on top of the daily lobster rolls. Cooked quite a few thousand lobsters at this point but not millions.
Edit- I remember seeing them and asking my head chef about them thinking they were super rare. He laughed at that thought, when they’re cooked they’re just a brighter orange than normal.
