Calcium Reactor configuration

I am finally getting a CARX on my main system. 2 part dosing is maxed out. Too much Stoney coral!

I picked up Geo CR612 plus secondary chamber smc415. I’ll be using the Kamoer Continuous duty pump. I plan on pulling through the reactors instead of pushing. I wanted to know if it would ever be possible to have the Kamoer in between the main reactor and the secondary chamber? This would just work with placement and I can have the effluent come right out of the secondary chamber. In my mind I still get the benefits of the pull method.

Does anyone with CARX experience foresee any issue I will have with this configuration?

Here is the desired path:

Sump -> Main reactor -> Kamoer -> secondary chamber -> sump

I don't see why this wouldn't work, but I've only used calcium reactors with "push" configuration. This would basically be "pull" through the first chamber and push through the second chamber.

Is there something I'm missing?

So you'll be pulling through the main and then pushing through the secondary? Pretty sure you want to pull through both with Geo reactors but I could be mistaken. I only have the main 8-18 and I believe Geo recommends pulling vs pushing as they're not to be pressurized.

Yes the pull method (not be confused with the pull out method ) seems to have the big advantage of if a leak ever is present anywhere down the line the most that will leak out everywhere is the amount in your reactor instead of endlessly pulling from your sump / system.

I would still get that advantage from the main reactor until the kamoer. Obviously if the leak takes place after that point (ie secondary chamber or beyond) I still risk it endlessly leaking.

I think the ICP test will now tell you how effective your pull out method is for an extra $5

I am going to try to have the Kamoer in the middle of the Main and the secondary. I'll let you guys know how things work.
